- Algemene garantie-informatie: Deze garantie van 3 maanden (de "Garantie") is van toepassing op alle airsoftwapens die zijn gekocht bij Tokyo Marui Shop ("de Verkoper") en dekt fabricagefouten en vakmanschapsproblemen. De Garantie is geldig vanaf de aankoopdatum.
- Omvang van de dekking: Deze garantie omvat reparatie of vervanging, naar goeddunken van de verkoper, van elk onderdeel of component dat defect blijkt te zijn in materiaal of vakmanschap bij normaal gebruik tijdens de garantieperiode. De garantie dekt het airsoftgeweer zelf en de interne componenten ervan.
Uitsluitingen van de garantie:
- Nalatigheid en misbruik: Deze garantie dekt geen schade die het gevolg is van nalatigheid, ongelukken, misbruik, onjuist gebruik of ongeoorloofde wijzigingen aan het airsoftgeweer.
- Slijtage: Normale slijtage, met inbegrip van cosmetische onvolkomenheden en schade veroorzaakt door normaal gebruik, valt niet onder deze garantie.
- Niet-originele onderdelen: De garantie vervalt indien er niet-originele onderdelen of accessoires, die niet door de verkoper zijn geleverd, op of in het airsoftgeweer worden gebruikt.
Garantie claimproces:
- Neem contact op met de klantenservice: Als u van mening bent dat uw airsoftgeweer onder deze garantie valt vanwege een fabricagefout, neem dan contact op met ons klantenserviceteam via info@tokyomaruiairsoft.com.
- Aankoopbewijs: Om een garantieclaim in te dienen, dient u een kopie van uw originele aankoopbon te overleggen, waarop de aankoopdatum duidelijk vermeld staat.
- Evaluatie: Ons technische team zal het airsoftgeweer beoordelen om te bepalen of het probleem onder de garantie valt.
- Reparatie of vervanging: Als het probleem gedekt is, zal de verkoper, naar eigen goeddunken, het airsoftgeweer of defecte onderdelen repareren of vervangen. De verkoper zal de kosten van onderdelen en arbeid dekken.
- Retourzending: Als reparatie of vervanging nodig is, is de koper verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden van het airsoftgeweer naar de verkoper. De verkoper dekt de retourkosten.
Garantieduur:
Deze garantie van 3 maanden gaat in op de aankoopdatum en is geldig voor een periode van drie (3) maanden daarna.
Vrijwaring:
Dit garantiebeleid heeft geen invloed op uw wettelijke rechten als consument. Alle impliciete garanties die wettelijk van toepassing zijn, zijn beperkt tot de duur van deze garantie. In geen geval is de verkoper aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, gevolg-, speciale of punitieve schade.
