Information about new US tariffs

Updated: Apr 9

– UPDATE April 9th, 2025 - No tariffs will be applied to orders shipped to the USA –

On April 8th, 2025 we incorrectly announced a price increase for orders to the USA and redirected American customers to a dedicated website. This statement was erroneous and based on incomplete information. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The correct information about tariffs can be read below:

Despite the new tariffs entering into force today the 9th of April, 2025, the usual tariffs exemptions for shipments under 800 USD value remain in place for Japanese imports to the USA. This exemption is called 'de minimis' and it still applies for products like airsoft products entering the USA from Japan. This means that orders bound to the United States can continue enjoy tax-free imports.

This is great news for American airsoft enthusiasts. We will continue to monitor the situation and if there are changes, we will inform you immediately.

Note: Other airsoft regions such as China or Hong Kong are from today faced with high tariffs and this 'de minimis exemption' is no longer valid. If you buy Tokyo Marui products from those regions (ex. Hong Kong), you will have to pay hefty taxes when the parcel enters the USA regardless of its value.
