American airsoft enthusiasts are more and more numerous and we are grateful for their loyalty. In order to better serve American customers, we are upgrading our shipping service. Japan Post offers limited shipping options and our customers deserve the best possible service, that is why we now are offering US domestic shipping.
Due to its relative proximity to Japan, we have now opened a parcel relay center located in Los Angeles, CA. This will reduce delivery times and increase efficiency. This parcel center will allow us to take advantage of the wide distribution network companies such as FedEx and UPS possess in the USA.
This means that most customers will now benefit from a more reliable service at no additional cost. For example, John from Austin, Texas orders a Hi-Capa 5.1. This pistol will now transit through our relay center in Los Angeles and then be forwarded by either UPS, Fedex or in some cases USPS directly to his residential address.
This new logistics method will start on March 4th, 2025 and some customers are already benefitting from domestic delivery, which is a noticeable improvement in terms of tracking capabilities and proximity of service.
Practically, customers will receive a new domestic tracking number issued by UPS/Fedex/USPS as soon as their parcel arrives in Los Angeles. Their order will then be forwarded by the carrier's that is most relevant to the destination state.
