This M1911 / Hi-Capa 5.1 Inner Barrel is crafted from carefully selected brass and features a proprietary "Teflon® Coating." The thickness of this coating is precisely controlled through electroplating within the hollow barrel, resulting in an exceptionally low inner diameter variation, maintaining a consistent 6.04 mm diameter. Compatible with the M1911 A1 and Hi-Capa 5.1 Series pistols.

Hop Up Groove Processing
The precision required for Hop Up groove processing is exceptionally high. Unlike the more common method of using a lathe for end milling, we take the time and incur the cost to individually process each HOP groove using an immersion-type electric discharge machine, ensuring superior accuracy.
Teflon® Coat
Teflon Coat is a specialized oating, enriched with various additives to enhance its properties. This coating offers excellent abrasion resistance and superior sliding characteristics, making it more durable than typical electroplating.
This coat is also resistant to dirt and easy to maintain, requiring minimal upkeep. Regular cleaning of the inner barrel with a maintenance rod will help maintain optimal performance, improving flight distance, bullet grouping, and stability.

This 6-month warranty (the "Warranty") applies to all airsoft guns purchased from Tokyo Marui Shop ("the Seller") and covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. The Warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

Scope of Coverage:
This Warranty includes repair or replacement, at the Seller's discretion, of any part or component found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period. The Warranty covers the airsoft gun itself and its internal components.
Warranty Exclusions:

Negligence and Misuse:
This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of the airsoft gun.

Wear and Tear:
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections and damage caused by regular usage, is not covered by this Warranty.

Non-Original Parts:
The Warranty is void if non-original parts or accessories not provided by the Seller are used on or in the airsoft gun.

Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a Warranty claim, you will be required to provide a copy of your original purchase receipt, clearly indicating the date of purchase.

Our technical team will evaluate the airsoft gun to determine if the issue is covered by this Warranty.

Repair or Replacement:
If the issue is covered, the Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace the airsoft gun or defective components. The Seller will cover the cost of parts and labor.

Return Shipping:
If repair or replacement is necessary, the Buyer is responsible for shipping the airsoft gun to the Seller. The Seller will cover the return shipping cost.
Warranty Duration:
This 6-month Warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a period of six (6) months thereafter.

This Warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any implied warranties applicable by law are limited to the duration of this Warranty. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
